For the geeks: Splotter is scripted in ASP and will run from a database backend (MySQL or MS Access) which generates static HTML pages when you add new content. Visitors to your website get served a static page, but your back end is dynamic. This allows you to serve up a gabillion hits a day* without putting any strain whatsoever on your database server.
